In these Terms, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

To open and maintain an account on wi288, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

Users found to be under the minimum age will have their accounts closed, all transactions voided, and any funds returned to the source payment method where technically possible. Any winnings generated prior to successful age verification shall be forfeit.
Each User is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Platform. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.
You are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information at registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. wi288 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the User.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any other person. Any activity that occurs through your account while your credentials are in use will be attributed to you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify wi288 Support immediately through Live Chat or the Help Center.
Users may select an account currency at registration. Pakistani Rupee (PKR) is available as a supported account currency. Currency conversions where applicable are processed at rates determined by the Platform at the time of transaction.
wi288 is required to conduct identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) procedures to confirm the age, identity, and payment method ownership of Users. KYC may be requested at any point during the lifecycle of an account, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or where the Platform detects activity requiring further verification.

Users must never alter, crop, obscure, or falsify any documentation submitted for KYC purposes. Submission of fraudulent or tampered documents constitutes grounds for immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Users may fund their accounts using payment methods available in the Platform cashier at the time of deposit. Payment methods and their availability are subject to change without prior notice. References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and other payment providers on the Platform are provided as contextual familiarity aids only. Users must only deposit funds using payment methods registered in their own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting funds from third parties, is prohibited.

wi288 may offer bonuses, free spins, reload offers, cashback arrangements, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such promotions are subject to these general Terms and to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they — or any associated winnings — may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times). The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the relevant promotion terms.
Different game types may contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. For example, slots may contribute 100% while table games or live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate. Game contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
wi288 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it determines at its sole discretion that a User has engaged in bonus abuse. Indicators of bonus abuse include but are not limited to: exploiting promotional structures, using staking patterns designed to minimise risk artificially, coordinating bonus claims across multiple accounts, or withdrawing solely using bonus funds without genuine gameplay intent.
Bonus funds that are not used within the promotional validity window stated in the relevant promotion terms will expire and be removed from the User's account balance automatically.

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or obvious pricing error, wi288 reserves the right to void affected bets or game rounds and refund stakes. wi288 accepts no liability for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wi288, its officers, directors, employees, agents and technology partners shall not be liable for:

wi288 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed due to a User's breach of these Terms, wi288 may, at its discretion, withhold Real Money Funds pending investigation. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon account closure regardless of circumstances.
Users may request voluntary account closure at any time through the Platform's Live Chat or Help Center. Voluntary closure requests will be processed subject to any pending transaction or outstanding verification requirements being resolved first.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform holds its relevant operational authorisation. Users access the Platform subject to those terms and subject to the laws of their own jurisdiction.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.
